This hotel is a hidden gem, offering great value for money. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They even provide complimentary yukatas and gift bags, adding a personal touch to the experience. The hotel's attention to detail is impeccable, with basic amenities readily available in the clean and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast served is delicious and definitely a highlight of the stay.
The only minor downside was the limited availability of natural sunlight in the rooms.

The hotel offers a great Japanese-style breakfast and dinner that are worth trying out. the location is also great, just walking distance from main shopping streets, food markets, and interesting backstreets. the size of the rooms is also fitting and has all the necessary amenities.
The staff speak little English, and some areas of the hotel need improvements. the onsen and public bath areas have a strange odor, which can be off-putting.

The hotel is conveniently located near 4 bus stops that can take you to nearby attractions and is close to the metro station. the market is also within walking distance. the room was clean, and traditional with a cozy feel. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even providing child-friendly amenities. the public bath was a nice touch and the breakfast was excellent.
The curtains in the room were old and peeling, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

Location was great, close to shopping and nightlife areas. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for places to visit. Rooms were clean and had nice toiletries.
Poor service. English speaking staff was not helpful, only spoke when spoken to and gave inaccurate information.
